Hi all,

My friend has started collecting Menoth and asked if I fancied giving the game a whirl. I've always liked the Trollbloods and with Salute (UK gaming convention) coming up this weekend and traders offering PP deals I thought I'd dip my toes into the game!

He has a force of roughly 30pts so I would probably try and aim for that but whats the best way to go based on the following deals on offer:

1) Buy 2 blisters and get the third free
2) Buy the Battlebox and get a free blister
3) Buy a 2 player starter and get 2 free blisters.

I don't mind forcing him to play with less pts and any units that love fire are near the top of my wishlist Any help is gratefully received!

Rust belt

Best deal right now is the trolls all in one army box coming out gets you 35 pts plus the rulebook. Might want to look into that

Well I don't think that will be an option at the weekend. Any other tips?

I still think the trolls all in one is a better deal, and if you ordered it now you'd still get it soon (was released today I believe).

Krielstone, Warders, Champions, and some heavies at a discount? No contest, go for the all-in-one.

Since its sold out already it seems I'm stuck with trying to do something else.

Looking at Trollblood start + Earthborn Troll as a deal

Then pick up Gunnbjorn, Pyre Troll and Jannissa as a 3 for 2 option

Any thoughts?
