I made some little khornish imps to act as my (not-tzeentch) horrors. They're rapidly becoming my favorite backtroops because if the only psychic power I cast each turn is summoning, I tend to get a free unit every turn. Which is nice.

Great job, man!

They remind me of the Imps from Doom 3 in a way, too.

The thing about 40k is that no one person can grasp the fullness of it.

These are really cool.

What heads did you use for these?

They look like Ungor heads from WHFB beastmen, which are pretty much perfect for something like this.

"Do you think it is an easy task to inflate a dog?" - Cervantes

"Do you have a map of the cat?" - Richard Feynman

How to paint Skeletons the way I do if that's something you'd fancy trying.

Very cool !

But simple curiosity : how do you justify fluffwise that Kornish creatures can use magic? Isn't the Blood God allergic to wizards?

Or maybe you don't care about fluff, which is also ok =) ?

Thanks guys!
They are indeed just ungor heads on ghoul bodies.

Cowardly mortal wizards are one thing, but I don't see Khorne opposed to magic or warpcraft itself (and it's never really made sense to me in the fluff). Daemons are 'magical' creatures, and Khorne daemons obviously use magic even if they dont call it such. Fireballs, flaming skulls, searing breath, the entire blood-tithe table, summoning and possessing mortals, etc etc. It's all still magical stuff.
Having angry little devil-men shoot fireballs at their enemies, or bring down more of Khone's servants to shed blood makes sense to me!

The gore bases look disgusting (in a good way).
