They frequently have sales and it seems too good to be true to pick up predators for $56, so yea my question is does anyone have experience with them are they reliable??? Thank you in advanced.

Their prices are great but their customer service and delivery times are absolutely god-awful.

I remember buying a few boxes of crisis suits from them, should've only taken a week to deliver right? Wrong! I only actually received the models after weeks of trying to get into contact with them, before finally starting a Paypal dispute.

I received the models soon after.

I've heard that it's a side project for one guy, so I can understand to an extent how he might've just been swamped with orders etc, but it was a terrible first impression, and I haven't ordered from them since.

I can however thoroughly recommend Black Cultist instead, less of a discount (21.5% off GW RRP) but I've never had a bad experience with them, and they've always been very accommodating in sending stuff out faster if I ask for it.
