Hey guys

I'm not so new to Infinity, but am to Ariadna. I picked up the Highlander starter pack, William Wallace and a Mormear cheap and I'm looking to expand my collection.

I'm looking for some troops who can get across the table into the enemy's face and mess stuff up, and it looks like the Galwegians, Wulvers and Cameronians all do this well, but with different flavours. I'm sure I'll end up with all of them eventually, but in the meantime I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on your own preferences and how best to use them.

Galwegians have the advantage of being hilariously inexpensive, Wulvers are more multirole (Regular and they have actual guns) but they're also the most expensive. I'd suggest taking a mixture and using the Galwegians to screen for the bigger units until they get into optimal positions.

Cameronians are awesome especially if your opponent has setup out to keep his guys out of site turn 1. Fast dual chain rifles kill lots of order monkeys and really good at popping smoke.

Thanks. Bertmac. I asked the same question on another forum, and from you guys and them it does look like a combination of Galwegians and Cameronians are the qay to go.

I haven't faced them yet, but I could only imagine a load of homicidal psychopaths and werewolves charging across the map behind a cloud of smoke somewhat puts the pressure on the enemy
