Master-crafted is a pretty big deal for these guys. That single re-roll, for an extra 5pts, is always worth it.
Taking one DK usually doesn't happen. If I was to take only one, it would be
Greatsword, Psycan, Incin, Teleport.
The next one I add to a list would be
Greatsword, Psycan, Psilen, Teleport.
The third would be
Greatsword, Psycan, Incin, Teleport.
I think I'd go back and forth like that. Incinerators are awesome against chaff troops; Psilencers are great against low-to-mid Tough multi-wound models and against high Tough models with a worse save.

I recommend the Hammer paired with the Psilencer on the second DK, as you might need the Concussion if the Psilencer fails to wound. Like versus a WraithKnight.

I am also thinking on that issue. Generally speaking the S10 Ap2 Force sword would kill anything without a decent invunerable save in the 1st round of combat if the enemy failed tp stripe DK's 4 wounds before he swings, but if you go up against something like a WK that is another story. ID now only cause d3 wounds on it, while the WK (with the shield) has 5++ followed by a 5+++, this would generally help it suffer no more than 3 wounds a round. While it still swings S10 at least at I5 next turn. Similar thing would happen when fighting the Tyranids Bio-Titans.
In this scenario I think the Daemon Hammer is better than the Great Sword, owing to concessive, it will always swing before those GC.

You don't get feel no pain vs the instant death of force. The problem is getting to swing.
I like the psicannon and hammer, with h. incinerator. The psicannon makes grotesques cry, and it's even decent against necrons who don't get protocals vs ID.
You also get an awesome ignore covers shot torrent for those pesky 2+ cover things.

A psilencer can't wound a wraithknight, so it's force does diddly.
You can wound up to your weapons strength +3, so if a wraithknight was toughness 7, you might be in business. As it stands...
Honestly, sword, incinerator and psycannon is the best load out. Can't see myself ever running a psilencer unless I know all I'm going to be playing is necrons, where I would want to put a -1 on their reanimation protocols.
Oh, and a flamer template with torrent is helpful with all the magical invisible death stars that run around. Target a unit near it, place the template so it's touching atleast one model from the target, then lay it towards the invisible unit.

It really depends on what you are planning on doing with your Dreadknight.
I have mine tooled up for Anti-Infantry, something Grey Knights can be weak in. I have the Psilencer Gatling and Heavy Incinerator, then just a Personal Teleporter. I do know it goes though Nids and Orks like Lancelot though a Wedding Party. Mine won me one game just through its 9 VPs gain all by itself. It should also do a number on Scatbikes.

Through in a 5pt Hammer, and you can deal with things you can't actually kill.
