Is Dark Heresy the same system as the other 40k RPGs from FFG?

I'm interested in stats for Dark Eldar, ore more accurately their equipment. Do any of the FFG supplements have the rules for that?

Pretty much yeah. Dark Heresy 1st Ed was written by Black Industries, and Rogue Trader and Deathwatch are based on those base rules. There was a bit of a shift/upgrade with Black Crusade, but the games still work well together with minimal conversion work. Only War is built upon Black Crusade, as is Dark Heresy 2nd Edition.

The Rogue Trader supplement Soul Reaver is basically a 'racial expansion' for the Dark Eldar, bringing them fully into the game. Has a full adventure plus a bestiary with all their various units, and rules for playing as a Kaballite Warrior. There's a free PDF on the FFG website that has the rules for playing as a Wych.

Only War also has a bunch of Dark Eldar stats spread across a couple of its books, as they're a main adversary race in that game's setting.
