Hello to all
Can claimed building (like one you purchase as part of your army but do not occupy with a unit) control objective like a vehicle from your army would?

Yes, they have vehicle rules, and they are a Unit in your army. Bear in mind that they must be deployed after objectives though...

Under "Claiming Buildings" it specifically states that a claimed building is a unit in the controlling player's army. Then where it lists what units cannot control an objective, unclaimed buildings is one of the bullet points. It says in parentheses there that claimed buildings may control an objective, even if it is now unoccupied.

I didnt think buildings, even claimed ones, were units? They are not models. But they are units if they are a Claimed Building. However weird that is.

Thanks a lot.
A new point in taking Firestorm vengence weapon batteries - 2 claimed, unoccupiable building to post on your home objectives. And with some automated Battlecannons too.
