With his super human understanding of lighting lol, for reals though there is something that separates us who use techniques to get our ideas across well and those who's natural understanding of art and how to trick the eye and to see the results of there work before starting that sadly people like me and everyone in group one could not do even with the proper education. Now don't get me wrong as soon as he tells us his tech I will try to duplicate but sadly will not be able to do it justice, but hey my models will at least look better lol.

"Trust in the Emperor at the hour of battle.
Trust to him to intercede, and protect his warriors true as they deal death on alien soil.
Turn their seas to red with the blood of their slain.
Crush their hopes, their dreams
And turn their songs into cries of lamentation." - "Uphold the honour of the Emperor",
Whilst the quality of painting is incredible and a million miles beyond what my technical abilities will ever be, I feel that the metal doesn't look oily enough for orks, who I am sure will not take the time to clean their weapons that much...
