Was wondering if Orks can be corrupted by the warp just as other sentient beings can. Are they affected by mutations the same way and do the chaos gods even pay them any mind? I know Khorne likes them because of the wanton destruction they cause.

Yes but most Orks don't need or want it and "fink its girly".

There's been very isolated cases of it happening. The only one that I know for sure was that Nurgle infested orks to make them into something of walking, waagghing virus bombs. But even that, I don't think there was much mention of worship or devotion to Chaos by the Orks. They just were vessels for Nurge's goodiess to use on humanity.

Orks do not succumb to temptation in any of the ways that other races do in addition to Gork and Mork giving them anything they'd want. What would an Ork be tempted by? Khorne offers war, so do Gork and Mork. Orks are not interested in plotting and scheming, so Tzeentch doesn't have much to offer. Nurgle offers resistance to pain and death, but remember that only the Orks have no concept or fear of death. And Slaanesh can't really appeal to an Ork's pride, as the only source of pride is in fighting and not excess in other things.

You used to be able to get Khorne Storm Boyz, Codex: Daemonhunters had Orks somewhat tricked into worshipping Nurgle because they thought a Great Unclean One was a manifestation of Gork or Mork and in Bloodquest there was a possessed Warboss. I think that in Dark Heresy orks have little or no ability to gain corruption points or whatever the mechanic is in that game. That pretty much brings us up to date with regards to orks and Chaos so the bottom line is, it can happen, it's just very unlikely.

I used to festoon my Ork vehicles with Chaos sigils (because I had Chaos bitz left over) in-game I would explain it as "da oomiez and beakie boyz get scared when I give da Boyz trophies from dem spikey Chaos ladz! Har har!"

Almost like an Ork practical joke on the Imperium.

I think one of the biggest limiting factors for Orks being corrupted by chaos is that Orks instinctively understand what it is to be orky. If a boy or nob starts acting all chaos like then the rest of the Orks will most likely just kill them right then and their because they aren't being orky enough.
Corrupting a Warboss would be rather difficult as they are fulfilled by their WAAAGH and have no equal within their army. Hard to temp somebody who has very simplistic needs while also having everything they want in life. Anything they desire can be achieved by a WAAAGH which in itself is the ultimate desire for an Ork.

From Chaos's perspective its too much effort to try and corrupt Orks as they are too simplistic and fixed in their orky ways. Its far easier to manipulate Orks to fight against who you want (throw a rock at a warboss and blame it on the Eldar, WAAAGH!!!! on the nearest craftworld has begun).

I have yet to see a Chaos Ork in modern 40k.

The closest official thing would probably be Tuska and Co. Doesn't have have rules that were put out in the last 6 or so years via Forgeworld? I know I've read something that I thought was official, and not fan spank.

Anyway, if I'm right then Tuska's rules mention that he's kind of.. 'touched' by the warp, and that his retinue are semi-psychic Nobz who are also 'touched' by it?

Even still, in those cases it's not that Tuska and Co. were worshipping Chaos, they'd just undergone some mutation and become more psychically attuned wholly because of their time spent in the warp. So kind of touched by the powers of chaos, but not for chaos.

There are the Orks infected with the Green Death from the 6e Codex Chaos Space Marines.

Since you specifically asked about being corrupted by the warp, and not just possessed by daemons, the "Stormseer/Shadow Captain/Forgemaster" novellas by Annandale deal with an Ork Waaagh

Spoiler:
which is being 'amplified' by a 'overloaded' Avatar of Khaine. The Orks, and their leaders, become strikingly ferocious. The Boss is immense and seemingly unstoppable, but when they are able to 'break the circuit' as it were, the Waagh energy dissipates and he even shrinks inside his armor.

It's not "Chaos Orks", but it does show a modern reference to the intimate connection between orks and the warp.

Orks are fairly intolerant of any boy acting non orky and this isn't strictly related to chaos. It makes them extremely resistant to outside change so not only do you see virtually no orks falling to chaos but no Gene Stealer cults as well as orks prey upon the different, another fun example of this is the way orks treat blood axes. Orks that should be leaders are seen as untrustworthy gitz, so while their resistance to all influence is a strong weapon it also hinders them as a species, but who cares about all that non sense, it's simple orks only care about fighting so not much can tempt them.

I would't be surprised, however, at a Gretchin cult devoted to Tzeetnch. Grots are clever little buggers, after all, and full of delicious resentment towards the big bullies.

Abaddon makes chaos orks in the Black Legion supplement, which is pretty much as modern as you can get.
