Emissaries are the toughest of non-vehicle unit in my Codex Sisters of Battle: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/609583.page#7102148

They are a fast and tough group of sisters on Horseback all armed power lances or power swords. They have the option of taking Fire Lances (comi-flamer Power Lance) and or Charger Shields (4++ storm shield) too.

Spoiler:

They are heavily base on Death Riders, but far more durable and expensive. I also gave them a unique ability to stave off instant death to make up for the inherent weakness of 2 wound toughness 3 models.

I tried to keep them in their own niche while not over-shadowing Celestians or Seraphim, hence their lack of fire power. They will tear through light infantry, and tar pit heavy infantry, but aren't too effective against vehicles.

I also added the option Canonesses and Palatines to take a Cyber-steed as well. If you do take a Canoness or Palatine on Horse back Emissaries become Elites too.

Why does this Immolator have no fire points? I thought the one in your codex gave them their fire point back.

I quite like the T5vID take on the idea that its two separate creatures.

No the Immolator in my Codex never had any firepoints. It's meant to be analogous to the Razor Back. It also helps differentiate it from the Repressor.

Getting back on topic. I wasn't sure how to price out this unit. Death Riders are 15 pts per model, while Thunderwolf Cavalry costs 40 pts per model.

I'd say that 27 is a little high. 20 would probably be closer to the mark due to their high vulnerability to massed infantry fire.

They're 2 wound cavalry with Power Weapons standard. I'd price them at least twice as much as a Battle Sister.

25 is probably what they should be costed at.

Compare them to Crusaders - 15 points for basically the same statline, minus a shooting attack and a wound, but with a better Invulnerable save.

Added mobility is probably worth 10 points, which is 25, but then this squad is going to get hit hard by plasma gunners, grav guns, D-scythes, Distort Cannons, Krak Rockets, Baleflamers, etc, etc, etc that the Crusaders would Storm Shield away.
