Hi. If you download the unit profile PDF, there is a section at the very end which shows what the AVA of each type. The web-app Aleph Toolbox N3 is also a good resource.
Keep in mind the following things in MO:
1. For knight-spam, you'll have to pick an order (e.g. Knights of Montessa, Hospitallers, Knights of Santiago etc). You get increased AVA of that order, and all the other orders are AVA1. The blokes who are not part of any order (Magister Knights, Father Knights etc) have their AVA unchanged.
2. Knights are expensive, and full link teams of knights (other than Magisters) can easily eat up 2/3 of your points allotment, so be careful you don't end up with too few orders. You'll need to save points for guys who are specialists as well, due to needing them for objective missions. *edit* You'll probably want a hacker around to buff them with firewall to ward off enemy hacks. For all the kickass awesomeness of power armor, they are susceptible to hacking and the "fairy dust" hacking skill increases their BTS by 3. (Knight's native BTS is 3-6 typically)
3. Order Sgts are AVA: Total. This is / they are awesome. Keep in mind that Specialist Sgts (in the same entry) can not be linked to normal Order Sgts.
