So I'm trying to compile a list or at least something of a more convincing list of variant power armor for regular humans. Is their a actual technical name for Sisters of Battle Power armor? I also know that even cheaper power armor variants exist among the nobles and rich people of the Imperuim.

They're essentially just smaller versions of the same Marks of armour available to Marines. Basically MK IV-IIX, i think. SoB wears the same Power Armour as standard Marines, just of a higher grade (this is how I excuse SoB armour offering the same level of protection as Marine Armour)

Inquisitors often have it. Enginseers have a 3+ but I'm not sure if this is powered armour or just body modification.

Clad in sanctified power armour and wielding cog-toothed power axes, Tech-Priest Enginseers wade fearlessly into combat to protect the valuable technologies entrusted to their care. (Codex: Astra Militarum. "Enginseers". 6th Edition. digital)
Made from thick ceramite plates and electronically motivated fibre-bundles, power armour is some of the best protective armour available to the servants of the Imperium. Amongst the ranks of the Imerial Guard it is a rarity reserved for Tech-Priest Enginseers. (Codex: Astra Militarum. "Special Issue Wargear: Power Armour". 6th Edition. digital)

Sororitas Power Armour is the name of the armour worn by the Sisters, and it is stated to provide "equal protection to that worn by the Space Marines of the Adeptus Astartes."
The helmet, however, is known as a Sabbat-pattern helm. Whether this means that the standard Sororitas armour is also Sabbat-pattern is anyone's guess.
The best power armour worn by humans would have to be the various suits of Spyrer Armour, which provide various secondary benefits as well as full life support rated for several months and power armour-level protection - variant abilities include invisibility, flight, assassin-level physical enhancements and built-in weapon systems.

Though Spyrer gear is less about brute protection and more about acrobatic gadgetry. Toe to toe, a Spyrer would get pasted by a solid hit from another combatant in PA... though actually landing that hit is the hard part.
Then again, Sherlock Obi-Wan Clousseau wore skin-tight power armor under his other clothes, so perhaps such relics still exist for the elite few.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised. |

Currently, Inquisitors Torquemada Coteaz and Hector Rex wear custom power armour (the latter's being close to Terminator armour). Some of the now-OOP Inquisitors were also in power armour, I think, too. There's also Inquisitor Tyrus, from the Inquisitor game.
In 1st edition, the now-iconic "beaky" armour worn by Space Marines wasn't exclusively worn by them. They had the direct neural link via the black carapace, but suits visually identical were worn by various others too.

Tyrus wasn't an Inquisitor, he was a Ecclesiarchy Witch-Finder - basically a priest who got bored of Priesting and went hunting.

Like bolters and lasguns, there will be many dozens, if not hundreds, of different kinds of human sized power armor. Especially those not used by the more monolithic organizations, like the SoB.
Astartes Power Armor is much more uniform, although there will still be variation.
It may even be the case that power armor for humans is more or less hand made and fitted for the person commissioning it. So an inquisitor who wants some has to find a forge world and tell them "Hey make me some PA, here are my measurements" and come back in a month or so. he doesn't go and pull one off a rack and have it fitted. They have to be custom made.
