Most likely won't have rules in the Codex because GW are a bunch of nancys who despise conversions, despite that being one of the main draws to the hobby, and are cutting off their nose to spite their face.

Most likely won't ever be fielded if the rules are printed, because it's a hundred points more expensive than a Spartan with the same lascannon loadout plus a few heavy bolters, four more wounds, more transport space, a melee attack, and Steel Behemoth. (Also because the Spartan can't accidentally blow itself up.)
