As it states in the title I am at a bit of a cross roads as to deciding a base color. It is a wetlands themed base so I was figuring a green color and came up with a few that might fit the bill, I was also considering steel legion drab as it is a bit of a nuetral brown color. Otherwise I have, in order, Elysian green, Loren Forest, Caliban green, Castellan green. What do you all think?

I also vote for the first color from the right, Castellen green.

The standard GW color around the rim is steel legion drab, which is A very nice earthy color. I paint mine rhinox hide first, then work my way to drab for my desert/urban basing armies.

I'd go for some sort of brown rather than the green, green represents vegetation/moss on the top level, whereas the bevel represent the dirt underneath that. But if I must chose from the 4, 2nd one from the left.

Normally I'd say a dark brown, but if the base tops will have a fair bit of green as per your example, then a dark dull green (e.g. the rightmost colour on your example) would be great.
