Hi guys I want to start chaos daemons. No slaneesh at all please because the models are ugly and my little brother and parents probably wouldn't like it(the tits). I have $120 to buy stuff atm. Can you give me a list to buy and please put other stuff for upgrades. I want this to be the most effective army for the cost. Thanks!

Well, there's some tournament-quality lists that are out there, so if your local games store has people that run that, and you enjoy that, then you'll want to go with Fateweaver and another Lord of Change, and bring in some Tzeentch Daemon Princes with Wings and Horrors. Then you'll have a ton of psychic power with which to summon hordes more. Mix in the Grimoire of True names, and you're laughing.

But for more casual games, and for most local game stores, I'd suggest investing in the Greater Daemon for the Chaos God that's most cool to you, then some of that god's minor daemons (Bloodletters for Khorne, Horros for Tzeentch, or Plaguebearers for Nurgle), and some of that god's opposite forces. Having a mix of different and unique units is a lot of fun!

I'd almost always suggest some screamers, because they're strong and look very cool. A Soulgrinder will also be great looking and fun to play with!

I don't want to play pure Tzeentch. Whats the best Daemon god to ally with Tzeentch daemons? Also what to buy in order. Thanks!

You'll have to look at the Chaos Daemons book to be sure, but I'm pretty confident that Fateweaver gives some amazing rerolls, making him very, VERY hard to kill! And unless you're thinking "tournament winning", the idea of "best" isn't necessarily applicable. Some of the "best" units for Daemons to bring with Tzeentch are Nurgle Plague Drones, but Nurgle stuff in generally is nice a tough/resilient, which is very useful for holding objectives.
