Anyway...on the subject of the actual RP...I am hoping for a first week in October Launch...so...everyone who's working on various ideas/concepts/gak they'd like to see...whatever...please..please finish up so I can give everything a look over and decided what works and what won't...

...Come to think of it, I just saw her in a film in which she and her friends attempted to avoid a pack of inbred hillbilly cannibals ( Wrong Turn)...and she was rather good, she actually might make a decent Vegas after all...

EDIT:...Just checked her filmography ...and she seems to have done a few indie Horror flicks ( I'll have to see them)...but...yeah, she's sexy as hell and can play "tough"...may indeed make a good Vegas.

I can't wait to see what Silly does for the next one, I want backstory and everything just because its different from everyone else. Everyone else has an older vampire or an older werewolf or an older hunter, by old I mean past puberty. Silly said "screw that overused template I'm going to do something else" and made a little girl vampire. She may be 10 years old or a thousand years old, but she's still got the body of a 10 year old and a mind that is older. Basically its really freaky gak in its own special way.

I hope that some of the newcomers, if there are any, can make characters with interesting backgrounds like Aurelia, Beserk, and War did for this one.

I also hope that they can adapt to Mordo's ability to kill player characters and make their lives miserable for their own sake.

@Silly, what about Kate Beckinsale? The chick from Van Helsing and Underworld, was thinking more along the lines of the Van Helsing character though.

As for the ideas and concepts Fitzz was talking about earlier...I would really like to see my first idea get pushed through (the second was more of a whim, on the spur of the moment idea) as I'm planning on using that for my new NPC...

Either way, if you already have a living character I wouldn't try to bring in the crooked version for the sake of smooth story progression. Crooked Vegas would be okay seeing as though straight Vegas is dead. Crooked Andy would be a bad idea because there's already a straight Andy in existence. I also wonder if the crooked house looks straight in the crooked world.

I'm not talking about the char, but more about the grim vibe of her char. If you somehow could add that to my previous selection it would be good.

And for the movies, number one wasn't bad. the follwing ones got increasingly bad.

Yes...as I stated many pages back..99% of the active PCs won't have a " Crooked" version of themselves...nor will there be both a Crooked Pontius and an " Our world" Pontious ( or most other Vamps/wolves/ etc for that matter)..

Halo...please quit using the word "straight" when referring to someone...

Fitzz said most of our crooked selves would be dead anyway...so I wouldn't worry about it...

I think that straight Pontius should use his mind taking powers and take over crooked Pontius, that way Pontius could be Pontius without confusing anyone. If we do allow a crooked character, then that's the only one we should allow and only under that circumstance. I get the feeling that Pontius is also very narcissistic and would only dream of taking over his own body.

By the way, what evils have you and Mordo been concocting for us?

@War, sorry its just that its the opposite of crooked. Its also shorter than saying "alternate reality", and I don't want to say "real" because technically they're both real.

That's another thing I will find interesting, especially if the crooked variants enter the RP via some portal. Andy will look at Crooked Vegas and assume that she was like Wendy, she died and came back as the same person, but chances are that if Andy goes to give her a hug she's going to stab him a couple times because crooked Vegas may not know who Andy is.

Musater's reaction to the crooked version of his sister may be similar, we have characters who are used to the 'normal' version of a character meeting the crooked version of the character. Maybe the vampire Wendy wasn't the real Wendy, maybe it was the crooked Version and the normal version was sent into the crooked realm but piggybacked on Pontius when he returned.

Either way, the crooked versions meeting the normal version is going to be very, very interesting.

@Warork, if you noticed I traded out 'straight' for 'normal'. Still not happy with it though, its misleading in my opinion.
