Hmmm, We may have hit the end of our three week Tyranid Wave 2 and are headed back to the End Times III. It's said to be focussed on the Elves. To be honest, the holiday season is upon us, so if End Times III is 2-3 weeks like Nagash and Glottkin were, we may be all done with 40K this year.
I could see "Shield of Baal II: the box set" getting a december release to milk the holiday. Otherwise, End Times and then likely Hobbit, with 40K coming back for Blood Angels in January.
I could see "Shield of Baal" getting a January release actually.
Lots of people give cash as Christmas presents and it would not be a terrible idea to hold it until AFTER Christmas.

As far as I know, in my city (Brisbane) the two GW stores and two FLGS that ordered it only got about 11-13 copies overall, and most of those were from preorders.
My local store only got the 4 they pre-ordered, and allegedly they had to fight to get the 4th of four at that.
Interesting. Non of my local store owners (around 5) had any issues with pre-orders. They all did only get only 2-3 non pre-orders for sale though.
It's entirely possible the store employee was blowing smoke up my ass, i can't rule that out.
That said, this is not the first time they have had issues getting WFB pre-orders. Or 40k now that i think of it... there were problems with eldar and tau books, and tau supplement. *shrug* Dunno. All i know is I already have End Times: Khaine on pre-order.

You don't even understand how excited I am for the Skaven book! Only army I own for fantasy and is bigger than my 40k armies combined which I never play.
I have never preordered any gw product but with the skaven release I'm getting it all...IT AAAALLLLL I SAY!!! I don't care if the models look like crap, the book is garbage or the forces get combined...all I want is moooooaaarrr raaaatttts!!!
Kinda been following End Times despite the local disinterest in it, but has/is there any probable/definite indication that End Times intends to cover all 4 Chaos Gods or just Nurgle? Or am I asking a question only Tzeentch himself can answer for me?
Nurgle stuff that has been released lately has given me inspiration for conversion possibilities and would LOVE if they do the same for the remaining 3 Gods.

There's been no evidence that any of the other chaos gods will make an appearance (model wise).
Current guesstimates are:
End times III - Khaine (dark elves/high elves) in the coming weeks
End times IV - Skaven (I doubt they will be paired with anyone) they will be released in January probably
End times V - this nobody knows much about either other than it will be a final book and probably will be human forces (empire/brettonia as much as people think its dumb lol)
Other chaos gods might make an appearance in the story part (slaneesh maybe for the elves portion) but doubt you will be getting any other models
Yeah, based on how Crom got rules in the Nagash book, I suspect we'll at least get rules for some of the other characters in the coming books. Since Valkia is supposed to be down in Naggorath, I wouldn't be surprised if she got rules, and so on.
Then we should also get an Archaon book for the true Lord of the End Times. Hopefully...
