The Land Speeder Storm doesn't seem to be available to the DA. Are there any other transports for Scouts available for DA at all?

You can take a Rhino, Razorback, Drop Pod or Land Raider as a Fast Attack / Heavy Support (respectively) choice and put them in that?

I'm not seeing anything about a dedicated transport for a Scout Squad in the Codex nor am I seeing any transports in 10th Company Support (their detachment).

I could be wrong, but I don't think they can use a Rhino, Razorback, Drop Pod, Land Raider/Crusader/Redeemer.

They can't take a dedicated transport but those aren't the only kinds of transports available in the codex.

If you buy a Rhino as a fast attack in one of your other detachement or whatever, then the scouts can use it. A transport doesnt need to be dedicated to hold someone.

If you were using a force org chart (like a Combined Arms Detachment) then you could buy a transport vehicle using a spare slot.

Since you're using a Lion's Blade, your only options are to embark them into someone else's dedicated transport after the game has begun, or adding another detachment - you could ally-in an Allied Detachment of C: SM and take a non-dedicated Land Speeder Storm as the fast attack slot.
