* I am not asking to open up the discussion on whether IH non- CT designated vehicles gain the rule* I'd have posted in "you make da call" if I was hoping to clarify rulings...
* However *
Time has passed since the Release of the Codex, and tournament games have commenced.
So:
How have the big Tournaments played on tge rulings for IWND towards detachments & formations?

Can you please flesh out your question in more detail for those of us who haven't followed the controversy since the Release of the Codex? Don't assume all the TO's are up-to-date on all the rules controversies.

From NOVA's FAQ:
Iron Hands Vehicles do benefit from the Iron Hand Chapter Tactics even if they do not have the Chapter Tactic Rule.
ITC does not have a FAQ for this ruling yet.

thank you for that! Do you have a source for this FAQ? I tried searching their website but couldn't find but prior 7th ones, there was one 7th one but no mention of IH

It only seems sensible, for sure, that IH still works. Perhaps a 5+ is a bit OP instead of a 6+ like the Flesh, but cool
