The Varangur and Salamaders lists are not-Chaos Marauders and not-Lizardmen, respectively. The lists are gonna be printed out sometime this year, but you can see (and playtst with the Rules Committee!) the lists right now.
Varangur isnt just Marauders though. The Sons of Khorgaan are the warrior equivalent, heavy armour, elite. They can even get marks (Brand of the warrior gives brutal => Khorne, guise of the deceiver gives headstrong => tzeentch or slaanesh, Mask of the Reaper gives lifeleech=> Nurgle.)
As to lizardmen, pretty much everything barring Slann can be used in the Salamanders list, I think.
kow2.easyarmy.com has all the army lists. Even the ones in testing which have their name in parenthesis. Its a fan ran army builder but its updated weekly. check it out.
