I was browing the GW webstore and under armies, Assassinorum: Execution Force was a catagory. Is this a playable army? It says it can be used in 40k, under its description and you can buy individual models and a 15 dollar, what i assume to be, E-codex

They're an army in the sense you can take just assassin detachments

Even one assassin by themselves is a battleforged army.

Assassins are Battle Brothers with every other Imperium of Man faction, so you just add an Assassin Detachment to whichever IoM army you playing.

Technically you can play pure Assassins, but you wont have much success. They're for allying into and supporting other armies.
