Like, invis and guide? Not a bad idea but invis is better spent on your wraithguard's WS and guide on crimson hunter is more deadly I'd say. Plus you have such a high VoF already that most stuff will be killed by your scatbikes. 12 shots a piece at BS4 from a unit of scatbikes is like 9 hits, 6s wound most stuff on 2s, 7 wuonds, 1.5 dead termies a turn assuming slightly better than average luck. That's enough to reduce a squad of boyz to ruins though, and strip most of the hull points from an AV12 vehicle, all of them from av10 probably. So being able to split up that fire is more helpful than having ALL THE SHOTS EVER at one target. Because if you do really well with the first squad's shooting, you can then commit the other 12 shots to another target since the first target is likely dead or reduced in effectiveness seriously or running away. It also gives your opponent more things to decide what to shoot at, and you can spread them out more for things like Basilisks and riptide Ion blasts. Plus if you have more smaller squads you can hold more objectives at once with them.
If you drop the Wraithguard you could almost afford a WK, although taking that in a 1000 point tourny will get you looks. But you'll probably sweep the game with it, killing all the opponent's major stuff turn 2-3, unless he's playing like ork-horde or guard blob, but then the skatbikes will just wreck him.
Either way, solid list. If someone DOES bring cheese like a WK you will be happy you didn't bring the WK instead, since it will probably end up in a hilarious death for whoever goes second(unless he doesn't bring the Wraithcannons, which I would highly recommend if you do take it. 36"D weapons are just about the most broken thing ever. Unless you run with the rules that nerf it, even then it's still pretty devastatingly effective as an alpha-strike. Guide that thing and something is almost guaranteed to be dead.
