If I give each warrior two Chaos Hand Weapons do they then get to attack with both equal to the number of attacks in the part of the entry (listed as 2)?

I wanted to use Greatblades but I didn't see any double handed weapons in the box I purchased. Can't use the shields because these are Khorne troops
and defense is for them other gods' followers.

They almost certainly are supposed to only get two attacks (ie. only use the weapon profile once), but reroll hit rolls of 1.

There's a great holy war in another thread about this, but that's the general consensus. If you got to use the weapon profile twice it would be far and away the strongest loadout option, whereas if you use it once it's balanced with the other two.

You can use the http://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Chaos-Warrior-Great-Weapon-Upgrade-Pack upgrade pack for Great blades.

As for the the two handed weapon deal. By equipping the unit with two weapons, instead of say a shield. You gain the ability to re-roll hits of 1.

As for the whole Khorne thing. Remember Khorne is also about warriors martial abilities as well, a alive follower is one that can continue making tribute!

Khorne's shielded warriors are mighty indeed, for it is they who ensure those who would defy the will of almighty Khorne in life shall be dedicated to him in the moment that their bodies lie broken and their skulls adorn his throne. No blade, no strike made by the mewling fodder of the unfaithful can stay the wrath of these most favored of the Blood God. Yet warriors of Khorne who carry two blades are truly devoted, for they understand that Khorne cares not from whence blood is spilled - only that it is. When these soldiers fall in the Lord of Skulls' service, they die knowing that every drop of blood spilled serves their master, and that they are the most favored of the Blood God. Khorne is a god who sits upon a throne made of every skull claimed in his name and every skull that will be, for time has no meaning in the Realm of Chaos. Yet still he hungers for more, and favors any who strive to shed blood and spread warfare in his name, none are more favored than others because all blood is shed in the name of the Blood God. This and more is true, or at least as true as anything hailing from a realm in which reason has no hold.

But yeah, its just re-roll 1s.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Yup, confirmed by a couple of sources from the recent AoS event at Warhammer World that TOs said that's how it goes.

You can also use the lance bits from the Chaos Knights as good polearms.
