I cannot figure out how to do this. Do I need to post the Image in another site then link it here?

Upload, choose that picture.

You can also select the Attachments tab next to Options below the text box on the page where you write your post. Not an option with Quick Reply, needs to be the full on New Post or Post Reply page. Note that if its like the iPhone, and the bug hasn't yet been fixed, you can only attach one image per post. Trying to attach more than one image just uploads the same single image multiple times.
