I am in the middle of building custom Space Wolves termies but want a different shields. I'm not too big a fan of the current storm shield ones that GW puts out. Can anyone offer any leads to a different company or a more "Viking" looking bigger shield out there? Thanks much!

Take a look at WFB/AoS chariot kits, not for the shields on the riders but for the chariot wheels

Try Scribor celtic range.

Its hard to be awesome, when your playing with little plastic men.

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.

Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

Oh yes. These just may work! However does anyone know where to find shields that look more like wooden ones? I actually got 3 in the past that are perfect but I can't recall where I got them....

Post a picture on here, somebody will recognize them.

Not wooden, but have you considered the dwarf shields from Warhammer?

Those are from the WHFB Gor sprues.

Edit:
Spoiler:

Edit 2: Actually, that might be from the WHFB Minotaur sprues, which I can't find on GW's site anymore. Did they stop carrying their minotaurs?

Edit 3: Yeah, minotaur sprue:
Spoiler:

Hard to see since you're getting the back of the shield in that picture. I'm pretty sure I have some at home I can snap a picture of tonight if I remember. They're under webstore exclusives though, not under the Beastmen section.
