Have any major tournaments ruled on/FAQ'd Khorne Daemonkin summoned Bloodthirsters?

E.g. ITC, Adepticon, etc. Just wondering what tournaments have ruled on some of the contentious issues in KDK. Blood tithes and challenges, coming in and swooping right away, Fost of Khorne being able to assault from reserves, etc.

I looked up both of those tournaments' FAQs but neither of them had anything from KDK that I could see, I might have glossed it over or just missed some of their rulings.

Khorne Daemonkin
A character with the Blood for the Blood God! special rule that is slain only generates a Blood Tithe point if they are slain in a challenge.
A Flying Monstrous Creature summoned with Blood Tithe may choose to enter the game Swooping or Gliding.

Thank I must have downloaded the wrong resource as the one I have does not have that section. I disagree with the challenges only ruling however

They must have changed the ruling, because I remember them saying on their podcast that it would not be able to change flying modes the turn it comes in.
