Subject: First Freehand, nothing super 40k specific, looking for any advice or c+c
Here's an attempt at freehand I tried the other day. I know it's not super 40k, other than being a bit classical-looking, but thanks for having a look.
If anyone has any tips or feedback, it'd be greatly appreciated!

I think the only thing to do now is practice on a model. Are you thinking about flat surfaces like tank panels? In which case it looks like you won't have an issue, or shaped surfaces, like capes? In which case you might have to figure out how to get the proportions and shaping right with the movement of the surface. Looks very good though what you have done. I wish I had the talent and patience for decent freehand painting.
