Here is the latest addition to my Blood Angels army - a Predator with Forge World reinforced armor and front plate. I had tons of fun with this one!

Because the prep takes so long on these darn things (the resin bits are anything but a perfect fit, so it's a whole bunch of sanding, filing, and filling), I spent some extra time on the model. For example, all of the 4 vertical exhaust pipes are drilled through and Dremelled with smooth edges on the top and all of their sides drilled through. The top/bottom of the turret has been magnetized so that it can be separated and the main gun switched. The FW turret armor pieces actually make this really easy to do, as it creates a socket where the top and bottom of the turret meet. There's also a track that the turret is mounted onto so that it can easily rotate.

As always, thank you for viewing and I appreciate all comments and criticism!

Your stunning work with your Blood Angels continues to impress, Talys. And I always love to see some Space Marine armor.

Great stuff, the FW additions certainly make it look a hell of a lot meaner than the standard 'Rhino with a Big gun' approach!

That's really nice. I feel using the extra armour to break up the red would've helped, perhaps with black or something, but it's still an amazing piece.

Thanks, guys!

@Paradigm - yeah, definitely, the FW pieces that bulk up the model help. I also like the Hunter/Stalker sides that bulk up the Rhino chassis a lot.

@evildrcheese - moar... red...!!! Blood Angels think bright red paint is camo
