Was thinking of doing my 30k betrayal box as white scars. Any advice on where to pickup top knots?

Bizt shop, ebay,leftovers from CSM boxes or greenstuf... and dont forget mustache

I think the noise marines box comes with quite a few top knot heads, but I could be mistaken.

As said above, chaos space marines. You could also look at Orks, as a number of their heads have topnots too. Lastly, and though this ain't cheap, you could look at the FW upgrade set for White Scars, as all of the helmets in that come with topnots. Hope that helps.

Dark Eldar Wyches come with a lot of them as well.

I've used a few in the past. They're simple but good.

There are a lot of top knots on the heads of Space Wolves Grey Hunters/Blood pack, they also include a lot of beards and moustaches too.
