I'd say drop the tomb guard. All they will do is slow you down. 3 light chariots without a character in them won't tend to break a unit on the charge, so you'll have to be good about your maneuvre. Make good use of the light cav/free reform rule on the chariots.
You could also drop 1 of the swarm bases if you want. I assume you plan on tunneling them and the scorpions to take out all those nasty str7 cannons and such your opponents will field against you. Two bases, 10 poisoned attacks, is normally enough to kill 2 or 3 warmachine crew members with little or no armor.
Instead of the tomb guard you could put in some heavy cav. I know, the heavy cav aren't great compared to heavy cav in other armies, but they are pretty cheap and can give you a rank bonus with them charging the front and chariots in the side of a unit.
One other banner I'd make sure to put on your kings' unit is the undying legion. Everyone will shoot that unit first, they'll need the help. You might also consider giving the king the golden eye of rah nutt item for his chariot to keep it from being instakilled by a cannon.
Where are you planning to 'hide' your priests?
Just watch out for chaos lords and lizardmen saurus characters with great weapons. That
str 7 insta-kill rule is death to any chariot army. Hopefully they'll get rid of it in 7th ed.
Oh, and check out
