Just wondering how one goes about allying an inquisitor detachment. The inquisitor dex from 2013, thats the updated pdf doesn't really explain it and you can't fulfill any of the allied detachment requirements i.e 1HQ and 1Troop minimum, also there aren't any Inquisition detachments (not to be confused with Grey knights) how do you go about putting Inquisition in as an allied detachment?

Grab the Codex: Inquisition ebook from the Black Library - it tells you how to field an Inquisitorial Detachment for 7th Edition.

an inquisitorial detachment contains at least one Inquisitor, with the option to have another inquisitor and three units of war bands. IA 2 also allows for three units of valks

Pretty sure the Mont'ka book has the rules for the Officio Assassinorum Faction. The rules for the Inquisition Faction are found in Codex: Inquisition.

In case you aren't familiar with these factions, Officio Assassinorum represents the four main Assassin Temples whereas Inquisition represents Ordo Hereticus, Malleus and Xenos Inquisitors as well as their Henchmen/Dedicated Transports. There are no Inquisitors in the Officio Assassinorum and there are no main Temple Assassins in the Inquisition. One of the Henchmen types is Death Cult Assassin, but they're just basic humans with a pair of Power Swords... not proper Temple Assassins.
