Looking to put together a semi competitive White scars list. The idea is to base it around 'mounted knights' hence the command squad and HQ running lances etc.
Any feedback on the list would be happily recieved. I had the option to reduce the bike squads to units of 3 instead of 4 and perhaps add an attack bike somewhere
or additional wargear.

The idea is I aim to move from cover to cover within the first turn with the bikes. Garuntee that my skyhammer will drop in the 2nd turn, have them land behind / inside the enemy lines for a large grav alpha and charge of the assault marines
which should hopefully allow my 'knights' a clean charge.

With their current load out the command squad are looking at 2 + 1 + 1 + 1 attacks on the charge +2 strength at AP3 each and using hit and run even if my opponent charges me i can garuntee that the following turn I'll be the one making the charge so I should
only ever spend 1 turn in combat without those bonuses.

A little of fluff, gives me a reason to go all out on customizing and giving my captain a unique looking bike really, the base model for the bike is already the forge world outrider bike for the lancers. Functionality hmm, for only 5pts more I think justifies having the ability to break off from his squad and just shoot of 30" someplace else seems kinda worth it.

So, a little from A and a little from B with the bike. Much like the chaplain having the scimitar. Lets me give him a really nice looking weapon alongside the fact its a minorly increased cost power sword with worthwhile benefits lol.

Oh, and another couple of things:
- if you're in a semi comp environment I'm not entirely sure you can get away with 2 extra points, so i'd try to keep it 1500 points on the dot.
- Two specials on bikers is almost mandatory, they really increase the threat potential of 5 men on bikes.
- 3 Scout bikers are really meh, maybe you can expand to a more resiient 5 men.
- you can try to save some points by swapping a Grav Cannon dev squad for 4 multimeltas, it seems a decent alternative from what i've heard.

I think I could only gain the extra scouts by bringing the regular bike squads down to 3 from 4, it would also solve my 2pts over problem. That said the 2pts isn't that big of a deal.

I really wanna keep a hold of the grav cannons, because in the last tournament I was a part of there were like, 7 grey knights players with double dread knights and the general meta as of most places tends to be high low armor save armies, marines, chaos, tyranids (with the monsterous creatures) grey knights, space marines.

In truth the only reason I have scouts though is because I don't have a choice for the formation, otherwise I wouldn't have them lol. Not sure how I would fit in the extra special weapons on the regular bike squads.
