Do units charging into a unit defending a building receive a -1 To Hit modifier on the first round of combat like units charging an enemy that is defending an obstacle?
Or, do they just lose the normal bonuses for charging (+1 Combat Result, no bonuses for lances, do not make Impact Hits)?

Thanks.

I don't recall a -1 hit penalty for charging an obstacle, but then we didn't have that happen very often at my flgs. That said, pretty sure in regards to buildings they only loose the normal charging benefits (in addition to picking a certain number of models to fight, adjustments to combat resolution, etc).

Garrisoning a building is different from defending an obstacle, so different rules apply. No -1 modifier.
