I'm working on making my first 30k army and I'm going for world eater. Here is the army list I'm going for and wanna get some feed back on what should I change

For the berserker assault ROW you need three troops choices.

edbradders is correct, and note that it's a third COMPULSORY choice, so units with the support squad rule are out.
I'm not gonna work out the points for you (you might need to find a few to do this), but the quick fixes I'd make would be to dump the Rampagers, give the Red Butchers the Phobos as a dedicated transport, and pick up 10 Tacs in a Rhino. Then pick up a HS Spartan for one of your big Tac squads, and put Angron with them. Angron works better with the Tacs than the Butchers, who can handle themselves on their own anyway.
You could then un-squadron the speeders too.
