So Daemons rule the psychic phase with tons of dice to throw down. What tables should I use?
Do I roll all my characters on Malefic table?
Or maybe just until I get the spells I need?

Any help would be awesome.
Thank you

What type of Daemons army are you running? But generally, yes, all maelific, all the time, especially if you have the models to make use of Summoning / incursion / sacrifice / possession.

Some div can be good on a lord of change, biomancy is almost mandatory for Daemon princes and GUO's, while telepathy is quite handy for slaneesh heralds. Without seeing an army list though, that's about as much help as we can give you.

Lost in a blizzard, somewhere near Toronto

Generally, you should aim to strike a balance between:

Tzeentch;
LoC should always take 3 rolls on Divination. Add the Boomstick, (Lesser Gift default weapon), plus a pair of Greater Rewards for protection. He's a buff-bot who can tackle the meaner things in opposing armies, and with Precog, he becomes nigh on invincible to almost everything bar Str.D/GMC's.

Tzheralds can opt for a mix of Divination & Malefic.

Horrors roll on either Tzeentch or Malefic.

Nurgle;
GUO wants Biomancy.

Heralds are probably better off with Malefic

Slaanesh;
Kipper's enjoy Telepathy most of all, and obviously also have the best shot at landing Invis.

Heralds can go for a mix, taking Psy Shriek + 1 roll on Malefic. However, don't neglect their own Slaanesh lore either, as there's a couple good spells in there too.

Princes;
Depends entirely on Mark and their role within the army itself... Fighty, beatstick Princes (typical in Tzeentch lists and/or with Wings) will want Biomancy for added hitting power.
Slaany Princes w/wings however are ridiculously good with Telepathy for added Psy Shriek on top of their 2D6/S6 Lash shots, or else taking just Shriek + 2 rolls on Biomancy & pray for Iron Arm.
Walking/supportive Princes will likely want Malefic in order to fish for Cursed Earth, with perhaps a single roll tossed into Telepathy in order to default to Shriek.

Overall, it's terribly unwise to just dump everything in Malefic. Summoning is at it's most powerful when it's used in moderation, rather than as a stand alone tactic in its own right.
Clown Car is just way too susceptible to anyone with Alpha Strike capabilities, and/or anyone with wide access to LoS/cover ignoring shooting. Consider the fact that the Clown Car army spends its first two turns doing nothing but making more of itself. All the while, you're not doing any meaningful damage to your opponent's army, who are free to run around and hunt down your summoners!

On the other hand, using Malefic to bring in a key unit or two, AND, also keeping up with a steady stream of augments & damage spells becomes too much for most opponents to deal with effectively!

Yea I honestly was thinking more buffs but also bringing in the big boys like GUO and others. I was hoping to buff the drones and also the screamers.
Then maybe bring some units to tarpit. But not going crazy with summoning.

Nurgle heralds to roll bio until they get endurance, then roll maelific searching for cursed earth . Tz heralds roll maelific, maybe div after you get cursed earth if you feel that you might get cursed earth denied, since then you can at least put a 4++ and then grimoure one unit of screamers for your 2++.

Fateweaver rolls whatever he rolls, you don't get a choice, but remember each head also gets a roll on maelific.

Horrors roll maelific and fall back on using flickering fire if you ever actually need them to shoot something, but you're looking for any of the 3 Summoning powers and swapping to Summoning if you don't get them.

You generally only roll powers at the beginning of the game and keep them until the end, but if you Summon something with mastery levels, such as a Tz herald via sacrifice, you roll his powers before you put him on the table.

Also keep in mind that a unit can only attempt to cast a power once per turn, regardless of if you pass or fail the attempt. This includes attached characters, so even if both heralds have endurance, if both are in the same unit of Drones, they may only attempt to cast endurance once.

Definitely worth consulting the FAQ for the place you play, as it's not uncommon for this to be ignored.

As to the list, drop the greater reward on the tzeentch herald and either find 10 points to make it a portalglyph or use it to buy an icon for your horrors if deep striking your grinders, or change the grinders to slaneesh and get them the torrent flamer if you're going to start them on the board.
