Without wanting to spoil the story, Dark Disciple (the second book in Anthony Reynolds' excellent Word Bearers trilogy) has the Word Bearers encounter a Genestealer cult on an Imperial moon. The genestealers have infiltrated the moon with a cult and are luring Hive Fleet Leviathan towards Imperial space. They're by no means the main antagonists, but it was an interesting aspect to the story.
