I've never been a big reader, ever.

However after getting back into 40k for a second time, 15 years older, I am looking to read more background on my army.

I collect Space Wolves, where should I start with the books to learn more? Want to understand more from pre h days, 13th company until current.

Thanks in advance.

Prospero burns would be a starting point. Then try and get the space wolf saga by William king.

Not sure about 13th company...

Thanks for the reply. Being someone with almost zero knowledge on fluff would I be confused starting at this point? As I read there is novels before this?

Inside your mind, corrupting the pathways

If you take a look at the space wolves entry on lexicanum, it may reference some of the fictional works that feature them. If nothing else it will give you a more general background!

Between

If you love the Space Wolves from fifteen years ago, I wouldn't recommend reading anything published less than ten years ago, to be honest...

Halandri

I had some cool space wolf audio dramas on CD, can't remember the names but perhaps they are still for sale on the black library website or at your local GW?

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

The Space Wolf Omnibus is a good one. If you like the puppies I'd start there. Then maybe get the Battle of the Fang.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
