I was eyeing up the incredible value Lizardmen/Seraphon starter bundle and not playing AOS I was wondering how I could use Lizardmen in 40k. I'd be happy to do some light conversion but what armies do people suggest using to represent Lizardmen.

Orks seem like a good bet although I'm not a huge fan of their rules. Necrons also sound like a sensible choice as do demons with the lack of conversion required
