Holy Terra.

I have been wanting to add Mor Deythan to my RG, and have been wondering how to arm them. Here is what I'm thinking of:

Option 1:
5 Mor Deythan; 5x sniper rifles: Anti Infantry

5 Mor Deythan; 3x Combi Plasma, 2x Plasma Guns: Anti Heavy Infantry

5 Mor Deythan; 3x Combi Melta, 2x Melta: Anti Tank

Any Other Configs?

I'd say you've missed the best one of all, which is Combi-Flamers. No special weapons or exotic upgrades, just 5 marines with a transport.

Consider that as a Raven Guard player, you have every tool in the book to get the first turn. Decapitation gives you +1 to go first. Alvarex Maun lets you reroll to Seize. Alvarex even does all the work of unlocking Decapitation for you thanks to his Master status.
You also have Infiltrate as standard on the unit. Even better, Mor Deythan can Scout! Put them in a Rhino and you pick up a free 6" Movement on top of all that.

Combine the whole package together: Infiltrate a Rhino up close to the enemy. Scout it 12" closer. Get the first turn, either from Decapitation or from Seizing.
Then move the Rhino another 6" and disembark the squad. At this point you should be able to place every model exactly where you want him; just perfect for lining up template shots.
And those templates? Use Fatal Strike to give them Rending and Twin-Linked on the first turn. Remember that TL gives a template Shred, so now we are unloading truckloads of AP2 onto the target.

The end result is horrifying. Your absolutely absurd mobility essentially guarantees you can get the squad anywhere you want, angled however you like, with templates covering the most models in the target squad. Getting 5 hits per Deythan is extremely conservative IMO.
And then 5 Deythan, each hitting 5 times with a Shred/Rending Flamer, can expect something in the ballpark of 10 dead Marines.
This is the top of Turn 1, almost regardless of your opponents deployment or army build. Even better, those 10 models might be a Veteran Squad, a Command squad, heavy weapons etc. As it's Rending, why not go all the way and hunt Terminators?
They are a stunning unit and will reap back their own points cost in a single phase. They also rely on just about every single trick and special rule available to them, so you'll feel really clever while you do it.

Combi-Flamers, every time!

So would 3x Combi-Flamers, 2x Melta be good? I need them for tank hunting. Or 3x Combi Flamer 3x Flamer?

You may have noticed I only have 3 combis lying around

If you need an anti-tank unit then combi-meltas are your best bet, Mor Deythan in a Rhino can guarantee getting within 6" of a vehicle on turn one and potentially before the enemy gets a player turn - which is really easy with all the many ways Raven Guard have of getting first turn. Three combi-meltas plus a meltagun will make short work of most things, just be aware of anything that has Armored Ceramite as that one upgrade will change your optimal target. Expect every Spartan you see to have Armored Ceramite.

Seems like a waste of Mor Deythans. You could use a tactical support squad with 5 meltas, they can still infiltrate.

Mor Deythan are more efficient at wrecking infantry IMO.

I'd use 3 combi-flamers and 2 flamers/plasmas with your modelling limits on guns personally.

Holy Terra.

I know that the out of the two current HH players there are, on plays Word Bearers, with 30+ Ghal Varbax (most of which I killed with my term is) and the other has IW with a glaive.

I think I'll build them with 3 CF and 2 flamers.
