My first attempt at weathering and doing camo patterns. Crit needed.

Its not about the type of weapon, its about how you use it.

Nice, crisp paint job. My main criticism is with the camo scheme. There isn't enough blue. At first glance I thought the tank was just plain grey.

Thought for the day: Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.

I think the amount of blue used can work. One tip, give your blue another good coat of paint, perhaps use a slighty darker blue for some more contrast. I would also consider mixing in some white or grey to your blue to make a highlight for your streaks! gl!

Love the weathering!

As far as the camo goes, I like the colours, but I feel that a third, darker colour is needed to separate the two. Maybe thin black lines between the two camo colours?

That video shows painting with a very similar pair of colours, and at the first glance, they blend into each other as yours does, but the black sections really break them up nicely.

This is good advice, I think perhaps a bit more of the camo blue and perhaps another blue done in the same way to add more dimension to the camo. The chips and weathering look great, very nicely done!

Nice!

What's the base colour on it?

It is thinned out "dawnstone", layered on. The blue is "The Fang"

From the GW paint line.
