It's in a lot of them. It seems to be a trait given to a lot of bad-guys to make them more hate-able, which seems like a cop-out. It doesn't have to be outright rape attempts to count for me, a lot of the 'bad guys' are perverts and at least allude to similar themes whether they try to do it on purpose or not. Lemme think...
Second badguy in SAO, plus his research assistants.
Berserk.
One or more of the lesser criminals in Psycho-Pass.
Just off the top of my head from the last couple I've watched, it comes up pretty often though.
Some of it is probably connected to fan-service, any excuse to remove tops or point out underwear, but the implication is often there under the surface even if it doesn't go anywhere.

Recently watched Kill La Kill....
Holy crap I was expecting it to be a fan service show. Sorta kind of at the same time. And then I went on the fan website and it is run by mostly girls O.O Apparently it catered to a female audience. Oh well it was too awesome for words.

At the same time as being a fanservice show (to both sexes), it also happens to be an awesome show. It's made by some of the same people who made tenga toppa gurren lagen, and once you know that, it's really obvious.

Well, it is. It also has a philosophical message about the nature of human identity and clothing.

Just starting the first episode of Gundam Build Fighters Try. Only a few minutes in and I'm already annoyed. So many Mobile Suits within just the first couple minutes that have never had any model kits. A Doughtress Neo, a Valiant, a Maganac, a Virgo, a friggin' Nero! Dammit Bandai, quit teasing me and make kits of them already! Especially the ones from X. I've been dying to have some Federation suits from X for years now.

Just watched Parasyte episode 1, looks interesting but very easy to tell it's adapted from manga. Best new series for Fall 2014 so far is Fate UBW but that's not really "new" so instead I'll go with Trinity 7. Fairly obvious harem but with some darker tones and a protag who isn't a spaghettilord. Looking forward to Psycho Pass 2, Chaika 2, and Log Horizon 2, as well as a few others.

It was weird watching Parasyte. I'd bought the manga WAAAAY back when they first translated it, when it was in a magazine called Mix. The weirdest part is that I can recognize a lot of the shots and I can very easily tell which characters have been redesigned. And I haven't ready that manga in nearly 15 years.
It's surprising how many rom-com harem shows there are this season. Seems like there's a ton of them.

Already watched it. One of the reasons I got around to watching gurren lagann is because I enjoyed kill la kill so much, and found out that some of the same people did it. Looking at them side by side you see a lot of similarities between the two.
