What do think?

This looks like a good all round list - however, it might be better to put things like powerfists and high strength close combat stuff on your bikes, because the obliterators will do high strength shooting, and there is no meltas.
It is a good idea to put VOTLW on your stuff going against blood angels, and as for the sigil of corruption that gives you a 4++ invuln and as you have to take an aura of dark glory to get an invuln anyway I would so that it is worth it.

I use to remember the days when people would tell newbs to pack 1-3 drakes in a CSM army.

All I would say is make that biker squad more anti-infranty than anti-tank and put them against the enemy HQ if you can.
