Can you cast a spell or shoot a bow over your own troops ?

Can you cast a spell or shoot a bow over enemy troops ?

Can a 2nd rank of troops shoot thru the 1st rank ?

It depends on the line of sight of each model, if that model can see any part of the target then it can shoot/cast at it. Generally this means you can shoot through anything short of a building or other totally solid object, since being able to see the tip ofone enemy's oversized mohawk is enough to target him and his whole unit. Also, the rules call out that you can ignore other models from the same unit for the purposes of line of sight.

Yep, only LoS blocking terrain blocks LoS basically. Although I often feel bad for targeting a tiny tip of a horn or something - and choose not to shoot. I preferred the old system honestly.
