I had a building from 4Ground in December. I ordered it, it arrived, I built it, I was well impressed and saved some of my hobby cash for some more.

I ordered a few buildings 9 days ago. All the items were listed as 'in stock'.
My order is listed as 'in processing' still. The items are still all listed as 'in stock'.

Other than the one order from December I have no experience of ordering direct from 4Ground. I don't know if for example they're a small company and only post out a couple of times a month or travel around at shows, so I don't know if I should have expected my package to be sorted sooner.

Can anyone let me know how things have been from their experience with them? Are they show attenders with the mail order on the sideline? I just wondered how long was 'ok' before I badgered them.

Thanks.

Currently most played: Silent Death, Mars Code Aurora, Battletech, Warcrow and Infinity.

I used to order from them regularly but haven't placed an order in about 2 years. They were pretty reasonable from what I remember with their shipping times. I'd wait a few more days and then shoot off an email.

Thanks for the warning. I was about to drop a couple hundred on their website. I don't want to lose my money or get scammed again. I'll just build the stuff myself.

.Only a fool believes there is such a thing as price gouging. Things have value determined by the creator or merchant. If you don't agree with that value, you are free not to purchase.

4ground are hardly scammers. Its 9 days, not 90, have some patience. Just email them and Im sure theyll get back to you.

You might try contacting them through their Facebook site.

I've placed a couple of $100+ orders through them (UK to US shipping) and both were delivered safe and sound.

I placed a big order a few months back and had no problems at all. My only regret was not getting the painted versions for everything.. saves so much time I was just thinking about ordering their new fantasy blacksmith shop.

Ordered from them several times (once a quite sizeable order) and service has always been swift and accurate.

They're a small company but completely above board and reliable, I would just drop them an email or phone call (in my book, definitely not what I would term 'badgering'! )
