Man, am I having trouble dealing with Necron horde at 2,000pts.
My buddy brings 5+ GhostArks loaded with Warriors and also several 20man Warrior squads.
He has Armywide +1 to reanimation protocols (not sure the rule).
So hard to deal with the mass horde that won't die and if they do, just get repaired!
With Eldar (we don't play with Garg or Super Heavies) how would you build a list to deal with the Necron Warrior Horde?

Loyal Necron Lychguard

Well, if you really wanna do some damage, Wraithguard with D-Scythes. Clip his Ghost Arks and watch them burn, and they ignore Reanimation. Also a Hemlock Wraithfighter would murder them as well. Otherwise, a mixture of Aspects would help. Warp Spyders, Fire Dragons, Dark Reapers. Also, a Night Spinner Squadron. Double their Toughness while having a chance to ignore armor.

Strength D and any rule that says "the model is removed from play" ignore reanimation. Instant death reduces reanimation roles by -1, so your opponent would get a 5+ reanimation. I'm not sure how much this applies to your situation but reanimation protocols aren't considered a save, so he gets to take his reanimation rolls against anything that says "no saves of any kind allowed".

Good advice, but unlikely I will get the Wraithguard in range. He generally deploys with the mob spread out in front and the Ghost Arks behind which also makes getting blast or template hits minimal. Hemlock fighter will only get 1 turn of shooting before it is dropped with only AV10 (I often lose them to bolter fire).
I was using Warp Hunters and Night Spinners, but with 40+ warriors just marching up in front, it doesn't take long for them to get in 24" range, and then my vehicles fall fast!

You're best bet is to focus on one unit at a time. Focus fire as much as possible. Have the Hemlock shoot a unit while getting close enough for the LD debuff, while the Night Spinners bombard with their squadron awesomeness, and put the Wraithguard in Wave Serpents to get them up close.
You could also always try a Wraithknight or two. If you really want to go that route. The D cannons could instagib a ghost ark a turn if you're lucky.

its, expensive but you can put your wraithguard in transports, you can run Eldrad to have then scout as well . A seer council can throw out some hurt as well and be horrendously tough to take down. Dark reaper unit should be able to take out the GA at long range with starshots (ignore jink helps)
Swooping hawks can hide and use that 18" move to keep safe and the haywire some GA...

Their guns are S6, and therefore would wound most things on 2s anyway (especially in the list that the OP is facing). And it's not like they have a ton of space to go. Their guns are 12" range, and if they want to wound the unit as a whole decently, they have to be slightly closer than 12". Then, they have a 2d6 roll in the assault phase. Oh noooooo. On average they move 7" away. And then the Necrons move 6" closer. And or 6", disembark from a Ghost Ark another 6" and charge them.
My friend almost always plays Warp Spyders, and they're never been an issue for me. Automatically Appended Next Post: There's also the account of Night Scythes, which disgorge their passengers next to the Spyders, so they can't really get away. Necrons have ways of dealing with them.

Yes, but I can't assault. So they just shoot me and lol jump away. If I shoot when I pod in, they flickerjump. And then I get assault by WK. Pod marines are very overrated at this point in 7th ed.

But if you can get right next to them with no fear of mishapping, if you open up into them, they only go 2d6 inches. On average that's 7", still within range of your guns. Then it comes down to the fact that they're T3.

That's outside flamer range, so now it's boltguns and plasma maybe? If they jump into cover, even the plasma is not that great. And then I get assaulted by WK. Doesn't seem like a winning plan.

Well if you bring in the WK, that becomes an issue not only with Warp Spyders.

The Eldar are a bit of package deal. If it were JUST warp spiders, I could corral them with ASM or something. But they murder all my vehicles on the side AV 11 while I'm fumbling around trying not to die to the scatterlasers and D weapons. I've had Jancoran preach threat overload at me, but Eldar are so much better at it than BA. Because most of my units are jokes.

Just explaining why I don't understand Eldar having problems with Necrons. The spiders may not be that great, admittedly. The Ghost Ark at least gives the Necrons a chance to get into CC. A change the BA don't have. At least something that's not WK.
