I put together a 500 point list that is running a 215 point Sicarian Infiltrators unit, and am looking for tips on how to play them well. They are equipped with flechette blasters/ taser goads, the omniscient mask, and the infoslave skull. My questions are:

1. Are they worth it at 500 points? If not, then which point value should I incorporate them in?

2. Is granting them outflank and acute senses better than having infiltrate and scout?

3. How do you get them into close combat without being shot down by overwatch? The Skitarii codex (I'm running Puretarii) doesn't have pinning, so I can't pin down the unit I was planning to charge. And the nerostatic aura special rule doesn't stop overwatch from firing at BS1.

This seems like a skill-intensive unit, so I'm hoping to get good with them, rather than toss them aside as "too risky for their points cost, so never run them." Input is appreciated. Thanks!
