The University of Hertfordshire invites you to discover the latest innovations around 3D printing and additive manufacturing at the Digital Hack Lab – 3D Printing Industry Event on Thursday 17th March, 4-6pm at our College Lane Campus.
The university I work at, University of Hertfordshire, in Hatfield (UK) has an upcoming event for anyone using or contemplating using 3D printing for their business. I've just repeated the announcement here:

Discover how the Digital Hack Lab could enhance your business, meet our team and see some of the amazing work we are currently doing. There’s also the chance to tour the facilities see one of our 3D printers at work (plus receive your own 3D printed freebie!). There will be plenty of time for networking with our academics experts and other businesses over curry and drinks.

Agenda:
4.00pm – Arrival & Registration (with drinks and networking)
4.30pm – Welcome & Introduction from Dr Shaun Borstrock
– Talks & Presentations
– Tours of the Digital Hack Lab & 3D printing equipment
5.30pm – Food served & Networking
6.00pm – Close

Yeah, I was mostly thinking of SE / London-based miniatures or boardgames manufacturers -- I know a few of them frequent the boards (including Spiral Arm!).
