My preferred enemy is Orks. Their codex has been bad for so long, through so many editions, that the only people left playing them love the army. And that enthusiasm they bring to the table is just wonderful. And never underestimate their tactical skill either.

I play orks, and all the best battles and most fun I've had is against orks.
Ork players are the best, sneakiest and most straight up players, with a codex utterly devoid of cheese.
You'll never meet a WAAC or TFG Ork player.

Honestly anything except Necrons and Grey Knights. I love attacking Space Marines/Guard more than the rest though, Something appealing about being the antagonist all the time.

I love to watch Eldar players cry when they're taken down by my pathetic little bolter bitches.

CSM, love blowing traitors apart with my cannons or with my Scions hellgun.

Tau, hands down. It's so satisfying to watch their entire army crumble as I take out key Markerlight units, then keep surviving suits off my ObSec units. They're pretty much defenseless against SoB since there's nothing they can shut down. And ofc, we don't play on the parking lots Martel does where Tau wipe out 1200 points of Blood Angels in one turn of shooting...

CSM, no doubt about it. There's just something so satisfying in mowing through hordes of plague zombies with my squads.

Nids. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

CSM because it always seems like more trouble than it is worth rolling on the boon table rerolling psychic tests killing their own sorcerers...then they just loose the game anyway haha.

My favourite enemy to ruthlessly crush into the dirt where they rightly belong is anyone who's a TFG.

Space marines are my favourite army to obliterate. So much hate for the Mary Sue's.

Another army I enjoy playing against- not because I like to crush them but because I have genuinely enjoyed every game I've had against them because they've always been nailbitingly close and usually ended in a draw is: Dark Eldar

Everything the opponents bring against me in our gaming group. Orks, Marines or whatnot. Nids are a bit different.

As I primarily play a Khorne daemonkin list Tau are squishy and scream alot.

I enjoy playing against orks best, unfortunately the only ork player left in my area uses a green tide style list with at least 5 full squads of 30 models so his turns take ages and we never get to finish a game.

This. Oh you brought cheese! *omnomnomnom* With whine? You shouldn't have.

That said, Orks are the most fun to play against. Playing with Tzeencth piles on to the random and ridiculous, a very good time (assuming winning isn't why you came).

I love fighting nids. Of all the most frequent armies I can fight they tend to put up the most fight and they look really cool and my friend has his army painted simply but well done.

Orks, nothings better than defeating squad after squad of boyz.

My second favourite army to utterly obliterate is my mates Dark Angels. No matter what he allies in, riptides, FW knights, or what 2+ rerollable cover gubbins he brings, I always paste his whiney butt.
Usually he a good guy, but there's something about his beloved mawines that turns him into an rules lawyering, waac, tfg.
Beating him, every single time, with orks is bloody awesome.

Daemons.

And it is funny.

Orks and nids (that aren't running a circus) because it's so satisfying taking on such overwhelming numbers (plus those players tend to be on the friendlier side).

My other favorite of course has to be those filthy chaos losers.

And it's hilarious when deathwing knights just tear through everything ever.

Tau- So many times Tau. Now there are the rules that allow them every shooting USR in the book and their shooting out of sequence shenanigans and their seeming unstoppable expansions in the fluff that make the Imperium look more and more like chumps... but for me its a tab more personal than that...

There's a certain extract in now 'ancient' fluff I cannot abide resulting in an unquenchable hatred I cannot sate, ever since a certain Eldar ranger got eaten alive by Kroot whilst surrounded by her dead scouting team... there can be no respite, no mercy, No titan I won't use, No D weapons not fired, no Scatterbikes left at home, 2+ rerollable save not taken or psychic shenanigans not abused... freaking hate Tau


DA - For so many reasons I find DA more than the 'Mary Sue candidates' Ultramarines, Space Wolves or Grey Knights since they have the biggest up their collective arses and it's insufferable... Oh no 10,000 years ago some of us were traitors, lets torture and execute every living person that comes into contact with a fallen because we are the only chapter/legion to have ever had traitors in their ranks... oh and lets only use Ravenwing/Deathwing for everything and forget about the rest of the chapter... Also every time Asmodai catches a D cannon to the face a puppy is born...

Chaos - Iron Warriors - The Daemonculaba that is all

Daemons - because they are really fun to fight psychic/ cc wise and I've had a ton of fun playing against them... also fluff

IK - Have you ever had the joy of playing Imperial Knight Dominoes... having a knight explode, kill another knight in the explosion to kill another knight in another explosion... my highest streak was 4

Anything elite!! The tears are sustanance for my soul......... ahem! You guessed it i'm dark eldar (pure). Though hoards can be a challenge and i hate cover saves.

Space wolves. They like to move, I like to move, and they like to assault, just like my boyz. They're also the one army I can actually outshoot. It's a very dynamic battle.

Necrons. Because I literally get to crush them with my WKs boots and they can't do anything about it (if I get a 6 I mean, which I oddly tend to do...). No RP, nothing.

Also, getting into combat with a full unit of Canoptek Harvest Wraiths and murdering them with my D sword and stomps makes my day. And makes up for the fact that all my Scatter Lasers just bounce harmlessly off of the rest of the army...
