The answer is in the rulebook and your codex. Look at the unit type for an Imperial Knight then look at the rules for that unit type in the BRB.
(Note: I'm not dodging the answer to be an arse. This section of the forum is for rule clarifications and is not meant to be a replacement for the rulebook. This question has a very clear answer.)

They are Super-heavy Walkers. Their Movement rules can be found on pages 96 (Movement and Shooting) and 90 (Moving Walkers) of the main rulebook. Do you have a more specific question that's not covered by these two sections of the rulebook?
