I don't think it will on its own, however, it shouldn't be too hard to file/cut down the termie's shoulder to fit it, but I've never tried that, only the reverse (terminator parts on normal marines, it's actually really hard to make it not look silly)

You might find it to be a tad small though, terminator pads are just large enough that it will be a noticable difference.

A standard pauldron doesn't fit on a terminator without heavy modification - It just looks too small and won't budge down over the shoulder.

You're honestly better off sculpting it from greenstuff.

There is nothing stopping you from using a normal size arm for the shoulder pads you want to use, and replace the lower arm with larger gauntlets if needed.
